One of my favorite movies is Space Balls. If you have never seen it before, its a spoof on Star Wars and it is hilarious. Anyway there is a line in the movie where the bad guy is chasing the good guys and before you enter hyper speed you must prepare yourself and your crew, well he does not want to wait through the process he just goes to hyper speed. As you can imagine there is a reason for the preparedness for he ends up flying through the space craft and crashing. It makes for a funny scene at the expense of his bruised ego.
Why do I tell you this? Have you ever felt like your to excited, tired, anxious to plan so you just go, and find yourself crashing head first and everyone around you laughing, crying, or annoyed? Am I talking to anyone?
I have, and after many crashes I’ve come to love and respect the process of planning. I plan my day, my week and my month, but I have not always been this way. I have learned just like anything else and by using great tools. Listplanit.com has been essential to my arsenal of planning resources. I use this site for holiday preparations, house cleaning routines, menu planning, and much more.
Don’t let the Holidays, storms, birthdays, or meals send you flying through the air without preparing. You can be ready.
