I workout, eat well, and get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, so why am I so tired?
This is week two of Precision Nutrition’s Lean Eating program and I think I’m about to pass out. I usually workout 5 days a week, but this is 6 days of just weight training, and I’m exhausted.
My schedule today was all upper body. Pull ups, chin ups, dips, presses, and rows. I can’t lift myself up on a pull up so I have to do an assisted pull up, but today I felt stronger then last week.
I had one great pleasure that got me to just focus; my husband helped me program my IPod so I was able to put earphones in and forget that I was in my basement.
There are a lot of reasons why I’m tired, and it could be that my darling husband has left for work again today for 4 days, and maybe that I’m really a summer girl so living with gray is a little harder, and perhaps having a daughter in her new big girl bed is all wearing me out. To top off all of this I am desperately trying to loose weight.
Hopefully next week I will have more energy to write more. Hehehe.:)
