Your Go To Foods
Everyone’s got them, the foods you always find yourself going back to over and over again. As someone who loves to cook I like to experiment with dinner and rarely are my meals the same. But when it comes to breakfast, and lunch I always find myself going to the same foods.
For breakfast I love anything that is quick. A shake is a great way for me to start the day. Shakeology is my choice, and I know I’ve started the day with good nutrition, adequate protein and carb ratios for the morning workout. For lunches I take a little more time with, but I have learned to enjoy leftovers from the night before, and if possible turn them into a beautiful salad. Dinner is where I like to experiment. I’m a meat eater, so anything without it seems like a waste of time.
If you want my advice I would stick to what you know works, and stop paying any attention to the new food that says it helps you loose weight. Variety is not always a good thing, and the overwhelming choices can leave you grabbing a burger at the drive through.
