It’s been a few days sense my last post, and today I am so hormonally challenged I think I should just keep it short.:)
Well I’ve been doing almost 100% compliance with my workouts, and nutrition but the scale has not budged. I made an appointment last week to figure out if I have a thyroid condition or something that has made loosing weight almost impossible. My follow up is in a few weeks, so I’ll keep you posted on what they find out if anything. Until then I will continue working out, eating right, and taking my supplements.
