It is a little odd to follow a post all about pastry cream and tart shells with Trim Tuesdays, but I must it is Tuesday after all. If you follow me on Twitter you know I workout so I can eat, Amen?!
Well summer is here, and that means swim suites. I can tell you now nothing is going to change the fact that I am large in a swim suite, however like always I know I am on the right track of getting the weight off. Some days I want to walk around with a shirt on that reads “But I’ve lost 30+ pounds!!” I’m sure many of you can relate, and like my mom always says “Becky, fat looks better tan.” (If you are in marketing that is a great slogan, Fat Looks Better Tan.)
But this is a post about being trim, and I’m here to tell you I’ve received my P90X videos back from a friend and as of Monday this week (yes that was yesterday) I’m doing the 90 day challenge.
I logged on the Teambeachbody and I’ve printed out the calender, the food requirements (no there is not one mention of a tart), and I’ve checked off today as day 2. I really do love Tony Horton. He makes working out fun, and because of him and this amazing program he has created I can do 58min of plyometrics.:)
I am so thankful for all of your support through these posts, and I do hope that continues. If anyone would like to join me in this crazy P90X adventure let me know, I would love some company.
